Baby Back Ribs for turn-in. What does that box look like?

We're doing a Rib Cook Off Association comp this weekend, and one of the turn-ins is baby backs. A requirement of the RCOA is that the box has to close. There's no garnish in RCOA, so maybe I'm worried about nothing, but I'd like to see y'all's baby back boxes...

Pic is from the last comp we did baby backs, and we were lucky enough to line them up, but are any of ya'll stacking them? How do they not fall over?

This past weekend's chicken practice. We're new to thighs and still need to work a bit on shaping, but they came out juicy and the skin was good. (Took 30 minutes longer than we expected, buuuuuut, we'll work on it, lol)

This panzanella was perfect for the hot holiday and took advantage of heirloom tomatoes grown locally!

1.5 - 2 lbs mix of ripe tomatoes
1 garlic clove, crushed
1Β½ tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
175g ciabatta, or crusty loaf
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
small handful basil leaves

DIRECTIONS
Roughly chop the tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Season well and add the garlic, capers, avocado and onion, and mix well. Set aside for 10 mins.

Meanwhile, tear or slice the ciabatta into bite-sized chunks and place in a large serving bowl or on a platter. Drizzle with half the olive oil, half the vinegar and add some seasoning. When ready to serve, pour over the tomatoes and any juices. Scatter with the basil leaves and drizzle over the remaining oil and vinegar. Give it a final stir and serve immediately

What happens when a Greek salad and a grilled cheese fall in love? πŸ’™
Buttery, golden bread meets creamy ricotta, feta, and spinach in this Greek-inspired Grilled Cheese Sandwich!

EVOO
Medium shallot, minced
11 oz spinach, stems removed
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c ricotta
4 oz crumbled feta
4-8 slices provolone cheese
8 slices of wheat or sourdough bread
2 T butter

Heat 1 T EVOO in pan over med-high heat. Cook shallot until softened. Add spinach in batches and cook until wilted. Stir in dill, parsley, garlic, and pepper. Cook for about a minute. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in ricotta and feta. This is the filling. Build your sandwich with provolone slices and ricotta-spinach mixture. Grill each side in butter and oil until browned.
