Support Our Skilled Installation Team!
We are actively seeking a motivated Assistant Flooring Installer to join our team at one of the oldest Flooring stores in Wichita. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in flooring installation who is eager to learn from experienced professionals. You will assist in the installation of lvp, hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet, while developing practical skills and industry knowledge.
路 Responsibilities:
路 Help measure and prepare surfaces for installation
路 Assist with placing and securing flooring materials under supervision
路 Support the team in ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction
路 Help maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite
路 Requirements:
路 Some experience in construction, flooring, or related work is preferred but not required
路 Ability to follow directions and work efficiently alongside others
路 Willingness to lift materials and be on your feet throughout the day
路 Strong communication and a positive attitude
