We have a lot of first time buyers, and people making the switch from grocery stores to local farms— so I’m here to answer the most frequently asked question:

“How much is 1/4 beef and what all do I get????”

Here is our own 1/4 beef we recently processed for our family. We spread it out on our dining room table to give you an estimate of how much you could get with 1/4 beef share

*please note: we did order some of the “extra”cuts such as beef cubes, sweet bologna, chipped steak, patties, etc. we did this on purpose to decrease the amount of ground beef ( we are still working through the ground beef from
Our last 1/4!) These extra items are OPTIONAL and do cost a little more for processing!* luckily..your share is totally customizable to your liking to ensure you are getting exactly what you want! ☺️

Here’s what we put in the freezer:

🌟 2 arm roasts
🌟 3 chuck roasts
🌟 7 NY strips
🌟 8 Delmonicos
🌟 6 Chuck steaks
🌟 3 large bone in sirloins
🌟 6 filet mignon
🌟 1 flank steak
🌟 1 skirt steak
🌟 15 lbs beef cubes
🌟 10 lbs chipped steak
🌟 10 lbs sweet bologna
🌟 10 lbs burger patties
🌟 1 - 8.19lb brisket
🌟 30 lbs of ground beef

Hanging weight was 242 lbs
We brought home 140 lbs
Our total price was $1,226
(Without the extras , it would have been about $1,180- processing included)
This lasts our family of 4 about 4-5 months eating beef multiple times a week

What a day! I made 20 arrangements 🥹 I remember when I left my job - I did 20 arrangements in the ENTIRE MONTH!!!!!! It took me literally an hour to make 1 😂

Did you know I make my flowers FRESH daily. I don’t make them for my orders + store in my cooler! We love ultra fresh flowers!

Tomorrow - Monday Aug 31 is the LAST CALL to sponsor stems for SUPPORT-A-STEM! We are at 59 bouquets! The goal is 75 this year! 🫶💖✨

Help us spread information by giving out bouquets at random in Williamsport! Each bouquet will have an information card from NAMI of North Central Pennsylvania as well as an encouraging note.
