Every detail of the pool pavilion was designed with intention—including the bath.
Serving the indoor pool and wellness spaces, this bathroom carries the same architectural language found throughout the pavilion. Bold geometric tile, textured wallcovering, matte black fixtures, and a sculptural mirror create a space that feels elevated, cohesive, and effortlessly functional.
Because when every room is thoughtfully designed, even the supporting spaces become part of the experience.

Designed to slow you down.
This indoor pool pavilion was envisioned as more than a place to swim—it’s a private retreat where architecture, water, and nature exist in perfect balance. Soaring wood ceilings add warmth, walls of glass frame the surrounding landscape, and the tranquil koi pond creates a peaceful transition between the lounge and the water.
Every element was carefully considered to create a space that feels restorative, inviting, and connected to its surroundings.
A place to recharge. A place to gather. A place to escape—without ever leaving home.

And finally… the heart of the home.
Designed as a seamless extension of the main living spaces, this indoor pool pavilion blurs the line between indoors and out. A soaring wood ceiling, walls of glass, tranquil koi pond, and custom aquarium create an atmosphere that’s both dramatic and deeply relaxing.
More than a pool, it’s a year-round retreat—a place to gather, unwind, and experience the feeling of being immersed in nature without ever leaving home.
This is what happens when architecture, interiors, and lifestyle come together as one.

Every great home needs a space designed simply for enjoying life.
This entertainment lounge was created as a place to gather—whether it’s a friendly game of pool, a card tournament around the game tables, or opening the glass walls to let the outdoors become part of the experience. Flooded with natural light from oversized skylights and surrounded by panoramic views, the space feels bright, relaxed, and effortlessly connected to the landscape.
Designed for entertaining. Built for making memories.

One home. Multiple moments to gather.
Beyond the dining space, a second lounge creates another destination—perfect for entertaining, unwinding, or simply enjoying the view. Warm oak flooring, expansive skylights, and a striking concrete feature wall with built-in aquariums give the space a calm, architectural presence while keeping it welcoming and livable.
Thoughtful design isn’t just about how a room looks—it’s about how every space works together to elevate the way you live.

Modern design is at its best when every detail feels intentional.
A quiet palette of warm oak, architectural concrete, sculptural skylights, and clean-lined cabinetry creates a home that is both refined and effortlessly livable. The built-in aquarium becomes living artwork, adding movement and color while maintaining the calm simplicity of the space.
Timeless materials. Thoughtful details. Spaces designed to be lived in.
