With over 30 years experience in interior design, renovation and construction, Kathleen Cragan masters the art of bringing each of her client's visions from conception to completion. Kathleen's love of interior design was predestined as a child. Kathy combined her love of sewing and science and graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY as a textile major. She married fellow Cornellian, Steve C

ragan, and after the birth of their two daughters, Kathy completed an associate degree in interior design at night. Kathy takes much pride in the diversity of projects she has completed in her 30+ years of design service. One of Kathy’s many strengths is her ability to work in a variety of styles – traditional, modern, eclectic, formal, and relaxed – to create the perfect room for a particular client’s lifestyle, taste and budget. She has an excellent flair with color and loves to work on coordinating its flow throughout the interior space. She enjoys helping her clients in their design choices of both new furniture as well as working with their existing pieces. From California to Maine and Florida – Kathy has created beautiful homes in many locations. While predominantly a residential interior designer, Kathy has completed many professional spaces. She has built a trusting relationship in the last 30 years with an expert team of building contractors, carpenters, painters, drapery installers and other trades people that help ensure her projects are most successful. A resident of Wilton, CT since 1982, Kathy has worked not only as an interior designer and principal of her own firms, but also as a community leader for organizations such as Wilton Children’s Theater, The Ridgefield Civic Ballet, and the local PTA. Most recently, Kathy has helped raise funds for various organizations fighting cancer: the Melissa Bambino Sun Run for melanoma awareness and the American Skin Cancer Association, Spin Odyssey for breast cancer, and Relay for Life.
