We plan to be open for business NOVEMBER 1! 🤞 Depending on all the inspections going well next week of course. The last of the equipment is being installed this week and lots of cleaning is happening. Be on the lookout for some fun events coming up! Woohoo! 🙌

We have been working hard to get our kitchen open by the end of the month and we are going to make it! Here’s a sneak peek at some of the equipment we are installing this week! The dishwashing room is just about completed, the walk in freezer is up, our three door reach in cooler is on and ready, the steam oven is waiting to be hooked up, the proofer/warmer is ready to go! The 16’ hood was installed last week!

Ceiling is going in! Hood is ordered, plumbing and electrical are underway, most of the equipment has been purchased. So much is getting done, right on target for an October opening!
