If you love Greek yogurt as much as I do, I was happy to receive this email from Yuka, a free mobile app that scans the barcodes of food and personal care products to assess their health impact, which rated the top 10 yogurt brands. I was surprised some made the list. Kirland made the top spot, Janie Shirley. Walmart made the list, too. Yuka says it isn't a sponsored/paid assessment.
Scan the barcode on food, and it gives you a yea or nay on the item.
