Same bathroom. Completely different feeling. โœจโ€‹

โ€‹Sage green walls, beige tile and a gold-framed shower gave this bathroom a much more dated look.โ€‹

โ€‹The redesign introduced marble-look porcelain, warm wood detailing, a freestanding tub and matte black fixtures to create a cleaner, calmer space.โ€‹

A Smaller Room Doesnโ€™t Always Mean a Smaller Design Feeโ€‹

โ€‹A small kitchen renovation can involve more design work than a much larger living room.โ€‹

โ€‹It comes down to the scope โ€” layout changes, cabinetry, materials, lighting, sourcing and how much coordination your project needs.โ€‹

โ€‹So when comparing design proposals, donโ€™t look at the price alone. Check whatโ€™s actually included โ€” and what isnโ€™t.โ€‹
