Does Annie look familiar? She worked at my shop six years ago, then moved to California when her husband’s job changed. Annie and her husband Eric have just retired and are now traveling across country in their Airstream and spent some time with hubby and I while in Maine.

Doesn’t Annie look beautiful in the cashmere shawl she knit during her travels north to visit Maine. I loved our time together and look forward to their next visit!

Congratulations to Hannah from New Hampshire for being the winner of my Maine Yarn Cruise prize drawing for the month of July! She won three lovely kits (2 to knit, plus 1 to crochet) and some skeins of Cashmello yarn to create her own project!

I really enjoyed this great group of gals that stopped by my shop yesterday with their “Maine Yarn Cruise” bags in tote to check out my shop and get checked in the cruise. They’re known as “Knitwits by the Garden“ from “A Knitter’s Garden” yarn shop in Chester , NH. They were all enjoying their time together and I really enjoyed their visit.

Thank you ladies for adding such sunshine to my day!
