DESIGNER'S TIP:
Today was the opening salvo for the Downtown Farmer's Market. Open every Saturday morning from 7:00-noon until the end of the season. Started with a great crowd. Waiting for you to join in next week.

We are having a wonderful opening day of the Downtown Farmers Market! We stopped Jane and Carly, a mom and daughter from West Des Moines, who are Market regulars and asked them “What’s In Your Bag?” Today they bought radishes, morel mushrooms, lettuce, garlic, eggs, tomato plants and basil plants. We gave them a free reusable jute bag to help carry all their purchases. Come to the Market every Saturday from 7 a.m. to noon and maybe we will stop you and ask “What’s In Your Bag?”

My new favorite color for front doors.
"Obstinate Orange". Orange is a very popular color on the Contemporary scene.
"Crabby Apple Red" still remains our favorite for the Traditional setting.
"Black" transcends all styles. Each color is conditional upon Siding, Shutter and Roof Color.
