A damaged rug doesn’t always need to be replaced. 🧶✨

Take a look at this flat weave rug restoration completed by our team at J. Namnoun Rug Gallery.

This rug came to us with significant damage and a large section of the edge missing. Our craftsmen carefully rebuilt the foundation and re-wove the damaged area by hand, working to match the original weave, pattern, and colors.

Scroll through the photos to see the process from damage → rebuilding → re-weaving → finished restoration.

Have a rug you thought was beyond repair? Bring it in and let us take a look.

Tomorrow’s antique.

This museum-quality Turkish Serapi was hand-knotted using natural vegetable dyes and traditional weaving techniques that have stood the test of time. A rug of this caliber is more than a floor covering—it’s a work of art, an investment, and a future family heirloom.

We are honored to have helped place another exceptional piece into its new home.

Whether your style is contemporary, transitional, coastal, or eclectic, the right rug can completely transform how a room feels.

This colorful tropical-inspired setting may be a fantasy, but bringing that vacation feeling home is very real.

What’s hiding inside your rug?

Before any rug is washed, it goes through our professional dusting process — removing pounds of dry soil, sand, and debris trapped deep inside the fibers. That hidden grit is what causes rugs to wear out prematurely.

Once the dust is removed, the rug goes through our full wash process: scrubbing, soaking, rinsing, and extraction to bring it back to life.

After washing, rugs are carefully dried either by hanging or by laying flat with powerful air movement underneath and above — like you see in this video — to ensure they dry evenly and safely.

The result? A rug that looks better, lasts longer, and is truly clean from the inside out.

At J. Namnoun Rug Gallery, this is the difference between surface cleaning and proper rug care.

Concept rooms.
Dream rooms.

These spaces are concepts built around custom rugs.

But the rugs themselves?
Those can absolutely be made.

When the rug isn’t just décor —
when it’s the foundation of the room —
that’s where ideas turn into craftsmanship.

Bring us the vision.
We’ll build it.

Winter was hard on your rugs.

Snow. Salt. Sand. Slush.
It all settles deep into the fibers.

Spring is coming.
Give your rug the spa day it deserves.
