Sorry but we've been very busy and haven't posted anything new in a while. It's time to fix that. This is a design we've come up with to commemorate 250 years of our great Nation. Carved out a 17" wide Spalted Ambrosia Maple & Cherry for a special order and a 36" for a different special order. The before and after pictures of both. Wilborne Cottage Industries was given the privilege of hanging three of our flags in the Windsor's Pub waiting area. Next time you're waiting for a table and a great meal please take a look at a couple examples of what we do. We'll change them out as they sell and we come up with different ideas. We're working in our little flag factory this afternoon on a couple of projects. The flag on the left is next to be carved, the center was just carved and the one on the right is finished and available for purchase. They're all 9"x17" and made from Mahogany and Boxelder from Shupe’s Woodworks & Sawmill. If you're interested we'll only have this one for sale because the others are already sold. We hope everyone is having a very Merry Christmas this year. And if any of you received a Wilborne Cottage Industries flag as a Christmas gift you were as happy as this guy was. He won this one at the Shop With a Cop, A Party With a Purpose fundraising event in Champaign a couple of weeks ago.

I just got done carving these with the angle grinders and ready to hand them off to Jen. That's when the real magic happens as she finish sands them and carves the stars. After that it's poly time. I think these are going to be something special.
