So here’s the opposite side of the kitchen I promised you from months ago 😆 the beginning was horrendous, but look at the final result!!

You’ll notice it’s a lot roomier… that’s because we completely removed the unusable chimney from the center of the room and opened up the kitchen. It’s so sparkly and clean now!

Peep my favorite go to gray for the walls. It’s called Repose Gray SW 7015 from Sherwin Williams.

Other things removed and replaced - UM EVERYTHING lol

Hi friends! So guess what!? I decided to be a last minute add on for the enormous Industry Hill Block Party tomorrow from 12-9pm 😅

I know I’m crazy.. I have so much prep to do tonight! Please come by and see me from 12-6, I promise you it won’t disappoint!

Crazy how much you can improve the curb appeal just by unearthing the existing slate and putting a little sweat into it!

No new slate or border stones were needed so the total cost for new pebbles and pathway lights was around $150 ✔️👷🏻‍♀️⚒ not bad right?!

Reno fun fact - I found a black widow during this project and anyone that knows me well knows I’m not a fan of spiders 🥴 so that was fun to deal with. All ended well though!

If anyone needs help finding sustainable, cost efficient ways to reimagine their front facade and landscaping please don’t hesitate to reach out!
