FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
Now that EVERYONE knows the Farmer's Market starts Wed. June 3, 2026 from 5-7:30 pm AND that we're serving Hotdogs and Hamburgers from our Fellowship hall kitchen,
LET'S TALK ABOUT WHAT VENDORS NEED TO KNOW---
1. First, IT'S FREE TO SET UP and we have members of 3 churches working collaboratively for an all new experience at the Farmer's Market at FBCJ !!!
2. This year, we're opening new areas outside and providing as much shaded area as possible. It is first come, first serve vendor spacing. Church assistants will be available at ALL times to assist you. We ask vendors set up 30 minutes prior to start, or 4:30pm. You may want to come as early as 4pm to get a front spot under the pine trees!
3. INSIDE, in the air conditioned Fellowship Hall, we are offering spaces for 16 vendors with perishable items such as baked goods, icee's, homemade candies, or anything/anyone who has to be out of the heat through the summer. Spaces ARE LIMITED inside AND there is a SMALL FEE of $20. to help FBCJ offset the costs of air conditioning the facilities. Setup is at 4-4:30. Inside closes with kitchen at 7pm. Under the rare chance you set up inside and sell nothing, speak with one of our church assistants and we will help. We want everyone to succeed, which is why FBCJ has 3 churches are working together to ensure we do everything possible to make this year's farmer's market a fun filled successful adventure, for buyers and sellers!!
4. ALL VENDORS, new or old are requested to TEXT OUR CHURCH CELL at 336-881-8430 and just provide your name and what you or your company are selling.
IF you provide us with a few pics of your goods and a short message about you/your items, WE WILL FEATURE YOUR ITEMS in one or more of our posts about our vendors!!. A representative of our church will text you with a vendor sheet you can fill in and text back. That's it! You're registered!!
**ABOUT the hotdog and hamburger sales. We have 9 people from our churches working in the kitchen area cooking food for take out or dine-in. ALL PROFITS from our food sales are being used to FUND OUR YOUTH on field & mission trips AND our SENIORS with free senior trips & dining out. We hope you COUNT US IN for your Wednesday evening dinner plans because WE'RE COOKIN!!
