Some smells get burned into your memory as the start of something special. For me, it’s grill smoke drifting off the Tennessee River on a fall Saturday, walking toward Neyland with my dad and Uncle Jack when I was five years old. 🍊🏈

Salt and pepper are table stakes. These are the 3 seasonings Josh refuses to cook Southern food without.

🧄 Garlic powder
🌿 Dried oregano
🌶️ Paprika

Nothing fancy. Nothing precious. Just three workhorses that can carry a whole lot of chicken, pork, beans, vegetables and whatever else is headed for the skillet.

Howdy — WE ARE Y'ALL KITCHEN & PROVISIONS. 🤠

2026 has been quiet on the outside, but it's been loud in the kitchen.

New product development isn't a straight line — it's obstacles. It's changes nobody sees coming. It's test, redo, test, redo, and doing it again until it's right. Every jar in that lineup represents a version we weren't satisfied with yet. Every pinch of citrus zest, every spoonful ground by hand — that's us refusing to ship something just to ship it.

We went quiet this year on purpose. We were rebuilding, refining, and reengaging with what makes this brand worth your table in the first place.

2027 is when it all comes back to full effect. New flavors. New formulas. Same Southern soul, sharper than ever.

We can't wait to show you what we've been cooking up. 🔥🍯
