I did some serious damage at H&M before we left for France. I was looking for things to bring to the South of France and they had SO much good stuff.

These are the 10 that made the cut. Some I wore in France, some I’m still wearing now, and honestly some of my favorite things I bought for the entire trip came from H&M.

I’ve always mixed high and low when I get dressed. I don’t really care where something came from or what it cost if I love it and it looks good.

I put everything I could still find in my ShopMy, and I added a little note to each photo about why it made my 10s Across the Board.

I love high-waisted wide-leg jeans, and these were just the perfect proportion with everything! The wash was great. Highly recommend.

I saw this top and immediately was like, "Yes, is it anything I would ever wear?" No, it has beaded little seahorses on it and this whole little scene is way beyond my comfort zone, but it has somehow become one of my favorite tops!

This little set is probably one of my favorite things that I own. It's cotton, light, airy, and flowy. It's perfect for hot summer days and looks so cute on!

Top is legit one of my favorites! It's just such a cute little set. Highly recommend.

This was one of those great little comfortable tops that you don't have to stress about. It is strapless, but it's also very forgiving, and it's not so tight on you that you feel like you're going to lose your breath. It was cotton and easy, and I love it!

I, as you can see, love all things ivory, and I really like these shorts! They were a good length that came about mid-thigh, and I liked that you got this scarf as a belt. It looks great with the little ruched strapless top and a cute little outfit for the South of France.

What was not butter yellow this summer? Luckily, it is a color that looks fantastic on me, and I bought so much of it! This skirt was so cute. It's satin. It comes about right below the knee and just fits perfectly. It was super flattering.

I know it doesn't look it in the pictures, but this knit top is the exact color of the skirt, and it was just such a pretty set! I l

One of the things I was most excited about in Paris? Honestly, the French pharmacies.

I’m a complete skincare ju**ie, so walking into a Paris pharmacy and seeing shelves of French skincare and beauty products I’d been hearing about forever was basically my version of Disneyland.

And yes, I came home with a suitcase that was significantly heavier than when I arrived.

These are 10 of my favorite French pharmacy finds so far, from skincare and beauty to a few things I didn’t even know I needed until I found them in Paris. Some are harder to find in the US, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that quite a few of my favorites are actually available here.

I added what I love about each product as you swipe through, and I linked everything I could find in my ShopMy if you want to try any of them yourself.

Consider this French Pharmacy, Part One, because there is absolutely more where this came from.

This has been a go to moisturizer of mine for the last few years. There is a little learning character at first I hated it cause it is a little heavier, but once you start using it, you’ll see what it does and it just gives your skin the best look and feel I absolutely love it.

My nails have been through it lately with the gel manicures and I had to stop getting them for a while. Needless to say they are a hot mess right now. I picked up this active blur just to give them a little bit of color and feel a little bit more pulled together than just my bare, very janky nails.

I have used this eye cream for years as a daytime, eye cream, and it always does its job. I love the metal applicator because I keep it in the refrigerator and it stays nice and cool when I put it on it helps with deep puffing in the morning.

This is a cult classic and until this trip I have never tried it. I’m excited to see how this works for me overtime but the whole world swears by it so it’s got to be good.

OK, so I accidentally bought the wrong thing. I thought this was the body oil but then once I got it back, I realized it is a fragrance! It is so light and so airy and I really loved it for the hot sum

Rooms I’ve been feeling this week.

I’ve been working on my rebrand the past few weeks and living for my Pinterest board. These are some of the vibes that are just calling my name!

I’m excited for this next phase of my life, and including all of you in so much more than just my Interior Design. Design will always be part of me. I’m just excited to see who I am now when I’m not making it my whole personality.

Stay tuned because I have big plans!

XOXO Christina

Also, these are not my photos. They are saved off of Pinterest. One thing I will never understand is why Pinterest doesn’t leave some kind of credit to the original creator, so if you know any of these pictures or know who did them, please let me know because I want to make sure they get the credit they deserve.

If this makes perfect sense to you, pull up a chair.

I’m into interior design and fashion and beauty and skincare. I can talk about business strategy for hours and then immediately need to know your birth chart. I love numerology, manifestation, art, travel, creativity, personal growth, relationships and figuring out why we do the things we do.

I’m perpetually learning something, trying something, researching something or going down a rabbit hole I absolutely did not need to go down.

And for a long time, I thought I had to keep most of that off here because I was an interior designer and that was what I was supposed to talk about.

Yeah. I don’t think I’m doing that anymore.

So if you’re a multi-passionate, wildly curious person with 47 tabs open in your brain who can talk about healing and reinvention one minute and need the link to someone’s glasses the next…

I think we’re going to have a lot to talk about.

Turning 50 has been a weird fu***ng experience. Not because I’m having some crisis about getting older, but because somehow at the exact same time, pretty much every part of my life decided to change.

Business. Relationships. What I want. What I don’t want. What I’m willing to tolerate. What I thought my life was supposed to look like.

And somehow I’m…fine?

Six months ago I would have been trying to control every single piece of it. Fix it. Make a plan. Figure out what comes next.

Now I’m much more in my IDGAF era. Not in a “nothing matters” way. More like, I finally trust that I’m going to be okay even when I have absolutely no fu***ng clue what happens next.

Maybe that’s turning 50. Maybe it’s midlife clarity. Maybe it’s perimenopause. 😂

Whatever it is, I kind of like her.

Lord knows this industry is hard enough as it is without everybody pretending their projects never go sideways. New designers come in feeling isolated and alone like they are the only ones going through it and I guarantee you that could not be farther from the truth.

This month I’m talking about the real situations. Truly what went down, what I did to fix it, and what I learned from it.

If you’re a new Designer wanting to learn what not to do or an experienced Designer wanting to commiserate, this series is for you.

No candy coating, not even a little bit.
This is Redlines. Follow along to hear the real story.

xoxo Christina
