Some homes are worth slowing down for.

This 1930s house in Rose Isle is one of them. We just broke ground on a full restoration, and honestly, the whole team has been looking forward to this one.

There's a different feeling that comes with restoring a home that has been part of a Winter Park neighborhood for nearly a century. You can feel the decades in the framing, the windows, the way the rooms were laid out for a different era.

Our work here is two things at once. We're bringing the original details back to life, and we're adding new rooms that will look like they belonged all along. Done right, no one should be able to tell where the old house ends and the new work begins.
