We opened the walls around the kitchen and breakfast nook to create a brighter, more connected space. Terracotta Star & Cross flooring, soapstone countertops and backsplash, a black apron-front farmhouse sink, and warm woven lighting brought in the perfect mix of character, warmth, and timeless charm.

We warmed up the entire space with a new paint color (no more purple), added wood flooring and custom wall molding, built a beautiful fireplace as a focal point with porcelain slab, and finished it off with chic wall sconces.

The beauty of this bathroom is in the details. Custom marble was used for both the vanity countertop and the tub surround, creating a seamless connection throughout the space. The warm unlacquered brass adds an old-world touch- designed to naturally age and develop a beautiful patina over time. Paired with rich dark wood and classic tile, it’s a mix of materials that feels timeless, warm, and intentionally collected rather than brand new.

This sunroom blends timeless design with natural warmth. Vertical shiplap walls and a wood plank ceiling create a bright, inviting atmosphere, while skylights and expansive windows fill the space with abundant natural light and beautiful garden views.
