Thank you for all that have gone before - creating a safe country for us to call home! I am so grateful to be an American! Happy Memorial Day. How are you celebrating freedom today? We have a house full about to arrive and I’m so happy to share hugs, smiles, and stories. my sis and fam along with several friends are coming over. I just love this style of gathering - we all pitch in so we all can enjoy each other - pot luck with ribs, hot dogs, impossible burgers, and all the sides...watermelon and s’mores. Cheers

On a rainy day in what do you do? Well this girl shopped and ate - Shopping at and staying at made the day super easy and dry...Jill, came in so we could have girl time chit chat, mixed in conversation about exploring and dreaming of building up our business ideas along with setting a few goals...We had such great talks while we shopped and ate and shopped and ate!! was right by the Westin lobby so we had too much fun finding lipstick and perfume (btw, they are very knowledgeable about these things - so helpful for this gal) our fave clothing shops were and Alter’d State We were able to meet up for lunch with and to talk all things and more...then came in and we had the best laughs, more talks, and really good dinner at -

Are you a cozy clothes travel person or a dress up and arrive in style traveler? I lean toward cozy - unless I’m running from plane to event - well then we must dress... talk about cozy and ease- I am loving this luggage combo of my book bag for mobile office things (plus plus, makeup etc) with a trolley strap!!! Needs the trolley strap and the carry on size Amazon basic black with leather detail suitcase. This baby carries 5 outfits, shoes and cowgirl boots along with pjs, slippers, accessories - all inside. No waiting in line for check bags, no baggage claim wait - just curb to security - plane to Lyft pickup - so easy. Did you see my stories about how folks are returning to normal? It was so good to see so many people back traveling! I’ve had my two shots about 3 weeks ago so the anxiety level for me has disappeared and the joy of the journey has returned - I’m so happy to feel this freedom again. Travel anxiety was so real for me and I had to travel for my living - feeling very grateful for the science behind the vaccine! Hope to see you traveling soon too.

Blueberry time is a good time! Gathered with some family and off we went - great conversations in the fields and now looking forward to all the blueberry treats we can make together!! This cutie wanted blueberry hair for the occasion - her momma used natural pigmented dye and made her and he the cutest pickers ever! We had so much fun in the fields - now bringing home to the kitchen - stay tuned to be amazed with blueberry confections...

Happy May 1, Derby Day too! Who’s your horse? I wanted to share a fun twist on the mint Julep - a peachy Mint Julep:
Strong brewed peach tea ( ) home made mint simple syrup, and peach infused bourbon. Combine 1 cup tea, tablespoon syrup, shot bourbon - stir, pour over shaved ice, garnish with mint spring and peach slice - cheers!
