🥕 Spring Carrot & Ginger Purée
Bright, fresh, and naturally smooth… this vibrant purée brings together the sweetness of spring carrots with the warm kick of fresh ginger for a recipe that feels light, comforting, and full of flavor. ✨

🌿 Ingredients:
• 1 ½ lbs fresh carrots, peeled & chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
• ½ cup vegetable broth
• 1 tsp honey
• Salt & pepper to taste
🥄 Instructions:
1. Steam or boil carrots until fork tender.
2. Add carrots and ginger into your Hungry Artisan Food Mill using the fine disc for an ultra-smooth texture.
3. Stir in butter, broth, and honey until silky and creamy.
4. Season to taste and serve warm.
