On Saturday, July 14th, I will be closing my Yarn Cat Studio location at 6063 Park Dr in Wrightwood to concentrate on other aspects of my business. Yarn Cat Studio will continue in a new and different capacity, and I will share information regarding that in the months to come. I will continue to post activities and events on the FB page, and will maintain my active vendor status with Sage Oak, Sky Mountain, and Inspire Charter Schools.
I thank all of you that have visited my little shop in the woods over the past four years, it has been more of a home to me than a business, and it has spawned many new friendships, but as often happens in life, I am being called in a new direction. Please check the Yarn Cat Studio FB site from time to time, for as soon as I get my ducks, um cats, in a row, I plan on posting short how-to videos on knitting, crochet, spinning, etc.
๐พ๐พ As many of you know, one of my passions has been the Pet Food Pantry Project that I started at the shop a year ago. So many of you donated pet food over this past year, and it all was passed on to local food pantries for distribution along with people food to those in need within our community. I thank you SO much for your generosity, and I ask that you consider continuing to personally donate pet food to any number of our local churches that have food ministries, as well as to local rescue organizations. Itโs as simple as picking up the local phone book and reaching out and asking if they have a need for pet food and supplies.
Keep stitching and spinning along my friends. God Bless you all!โค๏ธ
Attached is a picture of my most favorite spot in the shop. After closing, I would often turn out the lights and just sit and take in the little world that was my dream come true.
Danelle
P.S. The shop will be open all day on the 14th, if you need any last minute supplies.๐
