We are on-site today fixing a massive corporate headquarters for a CEO who was completely fed up with their previous integration firm.
The story is always the same. A big company comes in, throws some gear in a rack with no cable management, no serviceability, and no documentation. They build the client into a corner. When the system breaks, they tell the client, “You need to rip it all out and buy new hardware.”
We don’t operate that way. We don’t rip out perfectly good gear just to make a sale. We re-engineered their existing system, organized the racks, and gave them a platform they can actually service. It’s about pride in the work.
