To my past and current clients, my friends and followers,
I have decided as of October 15th to "semi" retire. Yup it's time. I've been working in this field for nearly 30 years and have loved absoluterly every minute of it. I've mentored 3 beautiful young women in the area of interior design and they are all working in this field. Susan Foss, my trusty assistand for 6 years has plans to set up her own design business in Dennis. I am very proud to have been a part of these amazing women's journeys.
For the many clients I have worked with over these past few years I want to thank you for your trust in me and know that I have enjoyed working with you to make your home the home of your dreams.
So what does "semi retired" mean? Well I'm not exactly sure, I just know that I'm ready to slow down some but not ready to stop completely. I have closed my studio in Yarmouthport and will be working now from my home at Kings Way Condo's in Yarmouthport. On October 14th I had a third surgery on my left knee, let's hope that the "3rd time is the charm". I will be taking some time to recover and to enjoy the holidays and essentially taking a leave from work untill January 1, 2022.
Going forward my hope is to work with returning clients on new projects or from referrals and try to keep it to 1 or 2 projects at a time.
