Not all projects are glamorous, and oftentimes the most rewarding are the ones you do yourself! It was time to re-stain my floors and I think they came out pretty great. Took some practice, but eventually we got the hang of it.

What do you think, would you try this yourself?

I’m working on a ski home for my family and I’m trying to create pieces that will soften the space and give it a homey, cozy feel. This past weekend I was in Hudson, New York and found so many great and inexpensive quilts so I thought I’d use this one for some pillows! I love how the came out and can appreciate their imperfections because I’m sure they’ll continue to get lots of love!

The time is almost here!!!! Our website is (hopefully) launching in the next WEEK and with that comes lots of excitement and lots of organizing.

We’re so excited to be offering *By Appointment Only* visits to the barn, allowing you guys to work with us hands on whether that’s picking fabrics, designing your space, or sourcing furniture. Not only that, but you’ll be able to shop for your home, yourself, and a little something good for your soul🤍

That said, we won’t be holding our warehouse sale this year, but we hope that you’ll check out the online shop for some goodies!

Alongside this launch, we’ll be starting “By Appointment Only” visits to the barn where you can select fabrics, shop for furniture, update your wardrobe and work with us here at Nicola’s Home🤍

We’re so excited to show you more✨
