A Luna Moth! Definitely my favorite moth! 😍🥰 This one is a real moth but with imaginary colors. For this print, I used only Golden acrylics from Sister Trillium and Posca pens. It was a bit of a test because I normally only use Amsterdam acrylics for the pickup layer. I was a bit worried about whether the Golden acrylics would make a clean reveal or if they’d make the print stick to the gelli plate. But they worked beautifully! 😍.

PROCESS! These are dragon medallions and creepy baby heads. They’re soon to become necklaces! At this first stage, the clay is drying and getting ready for the first (bisque) firing. Next I’ll add underglazes and clear glaze before they go into the second firing.
