Today marks 3 years since Cody joined Window Treatments by Dave!
Three years ago, Cody came on board to help lighten the workload so I could make it to our church’s Vacation Bible School on time. What started as a simple plan quickly became one of the biggest blessings our family and business could have received.
Over the past three years, Cody has grown far beyond anything we could have imagined. He has become a key part of our team and now handles much of our commercial installation work. Because of his dedication and hard work, we’re excited about continuing to grow the commercial side of our business.
Looking back, it’s amazing what we’ve accomplished together. We’ve completed more than 40 apartment buildings, 312 townhomes, countless shutter projects, a dozen retractable awnings, numerous exterior shades, and thousands of window treatments. From large commercial projects to residential installations, Cody has been there every step of the way helping us deliver quality work to our customers.
After my fall, Cody became an even greater blessing. He stepped up in ways that helped keep projects moving, customers taken care of, and our business operating during a difficult season. His work ethic, loyalty, and willingness to do whatever is needed have made an incredible impact on both our company and our family.
There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are to have Cody not only as an employee but also as a friend. We truly appreciate everything you have done over the last three years and look forward to seeing what the future holds as we continue to grow together.
