Here are a few reasons, we no longer recommend or sell composite shutters made from MDF or Plywood with vinylized paint. TRAPPED MOISTURE!!

We have been fortunate that our past clients have not been affected by these issues because we did sell the highest quality composites during those earlier times when these were state of art for shutters. However, for the last 15 years, we have only sold solid PVC and Solid Wood shutters.

Our solid PVC and Solid Wood shutters cost nearly the same but offer much better longevity. Wood shutters you have to maintain (they are like good furniture) & PVC are nearly indestructible both products should last you a lifetime!!
