I know there have been some big breaks along the way, and I truly appreciate your patience and support through it all. During this time, I’ve been working behind the scenes to shape the future of this page — and I’m so excited to share what’s next!

Very soon, this page will have a new name: The Flavor Journal 🎉. This name reflects my passion for exploring flavors, creating seasonal treats, and sharing the journey with you.

Here’s what you can expect: moving forward, I’ll be posting one new creation each month, giving you something fresh and flavorful to look forward to. As the page grows, so will the content — with more posts, more variety, and more delicious moments to enjoy.

And since the holidays are approaching sooner than we think, there will be some special exceptions — you can expect more than one post during Thanksgiving and Christmas, filled with festive flavors, cozy bakes, and holiday cheer. 🦃🎄

Another exciting change: a brand-new website is on the way! The old Random Foods with Matty site is officially retired, and I’m thrilled to announce that The Flavor Journal website will launch during the first week of September with a whole new design to match this next chapter.
