Crafters, gauge swatching is important!!! I keep this atrociously-fitting sweater as a reminder of my hubris. Checking your gauge before you start a project will help ensure that the fabric you create will match what the pattern says, in turn allowing you to create garments that actually fit. It’s worth the extra time, trust me 🧶
