Simple Decor is now looking for INTERNATIONAL B2B MARKETING & SALES SPECIALIST
Introduction: Simple Decor is a company specializing in the production and export of handcrafted home decor and household products, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design. With the goal of expanding into international markets, we are seeking an experienced and passionate International B2B Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team.
1. JOB DESCRIPTION The International B2B Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for implementing international marketing strategies, identifying and developing B2B clients, thereby increasing revenue and expanding our customer network in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop international marketing strategies – Plan and execute marketing campaigns, research market and product trends, and propose ideas to enhance brand recognition and attract potential international clients.
Identify corporate clients – Research and develop a list of potential corporate clients, expanding the international partner network.
Manage client relationships – Maintain and develop long-term relationships with current B2B clients to build trust and increase revenue.
Negotiate contracts – Negotiate and close deals, and plan production and delivery schedules.
Support export activities – Coordinate with other departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely and quality export deliveries.
Participate in international trade fairs – Represent the company at international events and exhibitions to showcase products and seek new clients.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
University degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in international B2B Marketing or Sales, especially in the furniture or handicraft industry is an advantage.
Fluent English communication skills (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure well.
Knowledge of international trade, distribution channels, and export processes, with a clear understanding of foreign trade operations (customs, documentation, payments, etc.).
Experience in planning, developing marketing campaigns, and sales strategies to build customer relationships and manage projects effectively.
Skills in image processing, video editing, and photography are an advantage.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday morning, with Saturday afternoon and Sunday off)
