DIFFERENT PEOPLE. SAME FIRE.

This Thursday, 24 September, we’re doing something a little different at CHẤT Bistro.
For one evening, the regular menu takes a break and the grill takes over. 🔥
We’re hosting a proper South African Heritage Day Braai, built around fire, food and sharing a table with good people.
On the Braai:
🔥 Peri-Peri Chicken Wings
🔥 Boerewors with Chakalaka
🌽 Grilled Corn
🥔 Potato Salad
🥪 Braaibroodjies – South African Grilled Sandwiches
🔥 Marshmallows roasted over the fire
Everything will be prepared especially for the evening, so on 24 September we will serve .
No regular menu. No walk-ins. Just one special Braai menu for everyone.
Come hungry. Grab a drink. Gather around the fire and enjoy a little taste of South Africa in Hải Phòng. 🇿🇦❤️🇻🇳

At CHẤT Bistro, we don’t make burgers just to be quick, uniform, and easy.
We make them our way.

So… we made it official.
Double smashed lamb patties, crispy edges, melted cheese, caramelised onion, pickles, our house BBQ sauce . All packed into a soft bun and served with fries.
Rich. Juicy. A little messy. Exactly how a proper smash burger should be.
