FURNITURE EXHIBITION

This year, 3 Weeks of Design, under the theme Made for Living, brings together emerging independent designers and creative studios with distinctive voices and perspectives. The exhibition highlights works that reflect each designer’s unique approach to form, material, and everyday living.

Featured works include Continuum Bench, Void Passage Armchair, and Dais Stool by Mantle IX Vault; Brotherhood Floor Lamp Collection by Sprepokk; Bamtreo Tiny Table Display Set and Bamtreo Standing Hook by Tờ Tờ Furniture.

FURNITURE EXHIBITION

This year, 3 Weeks of Design, under the theme Made for Living, brings together emerging independent designers and creative studios with distinctive voices and perspectives. The exhibition highlights works that reflect each designer’s unique approach to form, material, and everyday living.

A SEAT FOR ANYWHERE

3 Weeks of Design returns this May for its third season with the theme “Made for Living.” Running from May 30 – June 21, 2026 at Gallery Medium, this year’s edition is presented with the support of main sponsor Dulux Vietnam, bringing together more than 45 emerging designers and 17 ceramic artists, alongside independent furniture designers and local brands across Vietnam.

Returning for its second season, 3 Weeks of Design competition, centered around the design prompt “A Seat for Anywhere,” joins the event with an open-ended exploration of how people live, sit, rest, and interact with space today. The competition received more than 200 submissions from Vietnam and abroad. From these, over 45 finalists were selected ranging from professional designers to independent artists and self-taught creatives. Awards will be presented in five categories: Best Design, Best Concept, Best Fabrication, Best Sustainable Practice, and People’s Favourite, all voted by the public. Results will be announced at the closing ceremony on 21.06.2026.

CERAMICS EXHIBITION

As part of Made for Living, the theme of 3 Weeks of Design 2026, this ceramics exhibition brings together works that explore the many possibilities of clay within contemporary living. Bringing together a diverse range of approaches to clay, the exhibition presents works that balance utility, material exploration, and sculptural inquiry, reflecting the distinct voices of their makers.

Featured are the ceramics of Trần Minh Thái, Ami Au Ceramics, Leandro Marcelino, Zeynep Cetiner Nguyễn and Linh San.

Exhibition Walk-through | 3 Weeks of Design 2026
On Saturday 13.06.2026, Gallery Medium will host two Exhibition Walk-through sessions as part of 3 Weeks of Design 2026.
This year’s competition presents more than 45 finalist works from a diverse range of disciplines and backgrounds, including designers, artists, and participants beyond the design field. Responding to the theme “A Seat for Anywhere”, the finalists offer distinct interpretations that explore how design can shape experiences, interactions, and everyday life.
The walk-through sessions provide an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the concepts, processes, and narratives behind the exhibited works.
