Bạn có tò mò, liệu một ngôi nhà chỉ 9.9m2 sẽ như thế nào?

Nằm tại trung tâm Sài Gòn náo nhiệt, Pepper House nổi bật bằng sự bé nhỏ, như “gia vị” nồng ấm thêm vào giữa bàn tiệc kiến trúc nhà đô thị đa dạng. Chỉ với diện tích bằng một chiếc xe Minivan - O9 Design Studio đã mang đến giải pháp thông minh, biến nơi đây thành căn nhà hiện đại, đầy đủ tiện nghi để kinh doanh dịch vụ lưu trú AirBnB.

Thách thức của dự án là bên cạnh việc sắp xếp đủ tiện ích vào không gian chật hẹp, mà còn mở rộng giới hạn của ngôi nhà, khai thác hiệu quả không gian và ánh sáng. Thiết kế của Pepper House hướng tới sự hoàn mỹ tối giản nhưng không kém phần ý nghĩa, mang đến vẻ đẹp của sự nhẹ nhàng trong trẻo. Màu xanh Green Forest được chọn là màu sắc chủ đạo; kết hợp cùng những vật liệu trong suốt, tạo hiệu ứng xuyên sáng tựa như ánh nắng chiếu qua khu rừng tĩnh lặng - nơi ánh sáng chan hòa cùng bóng tối mang lại cảm giác thư thái dễ chịu.

Đồ nội thất trở thành một phần cấu tạo của kiến trúc. Cầu thang bằng kính cường lực trong suốt vừa dẫn lối lên tầng trên, vừa làm kệ và giá đỡ hành lý, kết hợp cùng tủ quần áo ngay bên cạnh. Tủ bếp được bố trí đầy đủ tiện nghi như ở nhà. Bàn ăn gấp nhỏ ấm cúng cũng có thể trở thành một góc làm việc khi cần thiết, ghế xếp chồng trong suốt hòa vào tường gạch kính.

Tại tầng trên, chiếc giường đôi kiểu Nhật cạnh cửa sổ nằm tĩnh lặng bên dưới trần nhà vút cao. Gạch gốm sứ và kính của phòng vệ sinh dường như lấp lánh hơn dưới ánh sáng của giếng trời. Các công năng được sắp xếp linh hoạt, hiệu quả dù là bên trong một diện tích rất nhỏ, tất cả đều hướng đến sự tiện nghi thuận tiện khi sử dụng.

Pepper House đã chứng minh rằng sự tinh tế trong từng thiết kế có thể cải thiện được nhược điểm về diện tích sống chật hẹp, kém chất lượng trong kiến trúc nhà đô thị. Với Pepper House, O9 Design Studio không chỉ thiết kế không gian sống mà còn làm cho từng mét vuông trong ngôi nhà trở nên đáng giá hơn bằng vẻ đẹp của nghệ thuật kiến trúc tối giản. Nhờ đó, mỗi vị khách đến lưu trú tại Pepper House đều có thể mang về một trải nghiệm không gian độc đáo khó quên.

Are you curious about what a house of just 9.9m² would look like?

Located in bustling central Saigon, Pepper House stands out through its small size, like a warm "spice" added to the diverse feast of urban architecture. With an area equivalent to a minivan, O9 Design Studio has delivered a smart solution, transforming this space into a modern house with full amenities for Airbnb accommodation services.

The project's challenge was not only arranging sufficient utilities within the cramped space, but also expanding the house's boundaries and efficiently utilizing space and light. Pepper House's design strives for minimalist perfection while remaining meaningful, conveying the beauty of gentle clarity. Green Forest was chosen as the dominant color, combined with transparent materials to create light-filtering effects like sunlight streaming through a quiet forest, where light blends with shadow to create a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.

Furniture becomes an integral part of the architecture. The transparent tempered glass staircase leads to the upper floor, serving as shelving and luggage storage, and features an adjacent wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with home-like amenities. The cozy fold-down dining table can also become a workspace when needed, with stackable transparent chairs that blend into the glass brick wall.

On the upper floor, a Japanese-style double bed by the window sits quietly beneath the soaring ceiling. The ceramic tiles and glass in the bathroom seem to sparkle more under the skylight. Functions are arranged flexibly and efficiently despite the very small area, all aimed at convenient usability.

Pepper House is the evidence that refinement in every design detail can overcome the disadvantages of cramped, poor-quality living space in urban housing architecture. With Pepper House, O9 Design Studio has not only designed a living space but also made every square meter in the house more valuable through the beauty of minimalist architectural art. As a result, every guest staying at Pepper House can take away a unique and unforgettable spatial experience.

Kích thích sự nối kết trong bầu không khí ấm áp

Chỉ cách biển Mỹ Khê 500m, The Nắng Suites nổi bật giữa khu phố nhỏ ven biển tại thành phố Đà Nẵng. Dự án không chỉ là một khách sạn boutique tiện nghi mà còn là không gian kết nối những tâm hồn đồng điệu.

Bên ngoài công trình có một diện mạo đơn giản, hiện đại; bao phủ bởi các mảng tường ốp gỗ cùng những ô cửa kính lớn tạo nên những khối hình hộp đặc – rỗng đan xen nhau. Hệ cửa xếp lớn chiếm toàn bộ mặt tiền tầng trệt là hàng trăm thanh gỗ đan vào nhau như một lớp màn caro, cho phép ánh sáng và luồng không khí tự nhiên len lỏi vào một cách nhẹ nhàng.

Bên trong với thiết kế thông tầng táo bạo. "Giếng trời" trung tâm không chỉ là điểm nhấn kiến trúc mà còn là trái tim kết nối toàn bộ không gian sống. Từ mọi vị trí, bạn đều cảm nhận được sự kết nối không gian đa chiều và nhịp điệu của ánh sáng - gió - mảng xanh.

Tám phòng suite riêng tư ôm trọn khoảng thông tầng ở các tầng trên, trong khi tầng trệt là không gian chung với đầy đủ tiện nghi thoải mái như chính ngôi nhà của bạn. Tại đây bạn sẽ có nhiều trải nghiệm thú vị như thư viện tĩnh lặng; phòng xem phim “bí mật”. Thiết kế này khuyến khích sự tương tác và kết nối, tạo nên cảm giác sum vầy, ấm cúng tựa như sống trong“ngôi nhà chung” mà vẫn đảm bảo sự riêng tư cần thiết.

Không chỉ mang lại cảm giác thư thái tuyệt đối, The Nắng Suites còn thỏa mãn yếu tố duy mỹ khi hồi tưởng lại bầu không khí của những ngôi nhà “Mid-Century Modern” từ thế kỷ trước. Nội thất đặc trưng với những đường nét hình học tinh gọn và bảng màu táo bạo nhảy múa trên nền gỗ óc chó sẫm màu. Vật liệu terrazzo được biến tấu sinh động trải dài xuyên suốt công trình. Kết hợp cùng việc sử dụng hiệu quả ánh sáng tự nhiên, sắp xếp tối ưu công năng tạo nên một không gian sống tinh tế và hiện đại.

O9 Design Studio hiểu rằng, khách lưu trú luôn muốn tìm kiếm những trải nghiệm trọn vẹn, những không gian đặc biệt và đúng gu. Mỗi chi tiết đều được chắt lọc tỉ mỉ để đo ni đóng giày một trải nghiệm hoàn toàn xứng đáng cho những lữ khách tinh tế, để The Nắng Suits trở thành một dự án lưu trú mang đậm tinh thần phóng khoáng và sự gần gũi, xa hơn nữa là chia sẻ một phong cách sống.

𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲
Just 500 meters from My Khe Beach, The Nắng Suites stands out in a small coastal neighborhood in Da Nang City. The project is not merely a boutique hotel with amenities but also a space connecting kindred spirits.

The exterior features a simple, modern appearance, covered with wooden paneling and large glass windows creating solid and hollow rectangular forms that interweave. The large folding door system spanning the entire ground floor façade consists of hundreds of wooden slats interlaced like a checkered screen, allowing natural light and airflow to pe*****te gently.

Inside, there is a bold multi-level design. The central "light well" is an architectural focal point and the heart connecting the entire living space. From every corner, you can feel the multi-dimensional spatial connection and the rhythm of light, wind, and greenery.

Eight private suites embrace the open atrium on the upper floors, while the ground floor is a common space with all the comfortable amenities of home. Here you will enjoy various interesting experiences like a quiet library and a "secret" movie room. This design encourages interaction and connection, creating a sense of togetherness and warmth like living in a "shared home" while still ensuring necessary privacy.

Not only delivering absolute relaxation, The Nắng Suites also satisfies aesthetic elements by evoking the atmosphere of "Mid-Century Modern" houses from the previous century. The distinctive interior features streamlined geometric lines and bold colors dancing on a dark walnut wood foundation. Terrazzo material is dynamically reimagined throughout the building. Combined with effective use of natural light and optimal arrangement of functionality, it creates a sophisticated and modern living space.

Trở về an trú trong vòng tay thiên nhiên

Tọa lạc tại thành phố Tây Ninh, The Garden House là ngôi nhà vườn rộng rãi 1400m2, với nửa diện tích là vườn cây ăn trái. Ngôi nhà được gia chủ lựa chọn làm nơi an dưỡng ở tuổi hưu trí, để trở về với thiên nhiên và nuôi dưỡng giá trị truyền thống. Căn nhà gói gọn tất cả mong cầu của gia chủ về một chốn nghỉ dưỡng an yên và bình dị.

Nhà được bố trí mở rộng theo chiều dọc, mang đến trải nghiệm không gian đa lớp với 4 khối nhà riêng biệt bao quanh sân chung theo trục đối xứng, kết nối với nhau bằng hành lang rộng. Kiến trúc giúp ngôi nhà thích ứng hòa hợp với thời tiết nhiệt đới.

Từ sân trước, bức bình phong chia lối vào thành hai hướng Tả-Hữu, dẫn vào tiền sảnh. Khối nhà trước là phòng khách thoáng đãng, đối diện với cảnh quan hồ nước . Mặt nước như tấm gương phản chiếu bầu trời và thiên nhiên, giúp làm mát luồng không khí trước khi đi vào bên trong nhà.

Lớp thứ hai là không gian sinh hoạt chung với hai khối nhà song song, một bên là bếp-phòng ăn mở nhìn ra vườn, đón nguồn năng lượng tự nhiên sưởi ấm “trái tim ngôi nhà”. Bên còn lại là nhà chòi gỗ được sử dụng cho các dịp gia đình hội họp theo truyền thống. Lớp sau cùng là không gian "Tĩnh" - khối nhà hai tầng với các phòng ngủ thiết kế nhìn ra vườn và sân trong, được bao quanh bởi bầu không khí yên bình.

Nội thất giản dị, mộc mạc với tông màu đất trầm ấm; sử dụng vật liệu tự nhiên như gạch đất nung, gỗ và mây tre, tạo cảm giác gần gũi, thân thiện. Thiết kế chỉn chu và tinh tế cho phép gia chủ cảm nhận sự hòa quyện giữa nét đẹp xưa cũ với cảm quan thẩm mỹ đương đại.

O9 Design Studio tin rằng khi chọn sống gần với tự nhiên, Garden House thực sự sẽ trở thành một ngôi nhà bền vững với thời gian.

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲

Located in Tay Ninh city, The Garden House is a spacious 1400m² garden home, with half of its area dedicated to a fruit orchard. Designed as a serene retreat for its owners in their retirement, it embraces nature and nurtures traditional values. The house encapsulates the owners' desires for a peaceful and simple retreat.

The property is structured along a longitudinal axis, offering a multi-layered spatial experience with four distinct building blocks encircling a central courtyard in perfect symmetry, all connected by wider corridors. This thoughtful design harmonizes beautifully with the tropical climate.

From the front yard, a decorative screen divides the entrance into Left and Right paths, leading to the foyer. The front block houses a breezy living room, directly facing a picturesque pond. The water surface acts as a mirror, reflecting the sky and surrounding greenery, and cooling the air before it flows into the house.

The second layer features a communal living space with two parallel blocks. On one side lies the open-concept kitchen and dining area, overlooking the garden and soaking in natural energy that warms the "heart of the home." Opposite it stands a traditional wooden pavilion, designed for family gatherings.

The final layer is the "Quiet Space"—a two-story block with bedrooms looking over the garden and inner courtyard, surrounded by tranquility.

The interiors are simple yet charming, with a warm, earthy palette. Natural materials like terracotta bricks, wood, and bamboo are carefully selected to evoke a sense of closeness and harmony with nature. The meticulous and refined design allows the owners to experience the perfect blend of timeless beauty and contemporary aesthetics.

By embracing nature, The Garden House will become a home that gracefully endures with time.

“Ngôi nhà” cho những tâm hồn tự do

Nằm trong con phố yên tĩnh gần điểm đến yêu thích là nhà thờ Chánh Tòa Đà Nẵng với phong cách Gothic cổ kính, cùng sắc hồng nổi bật. Bối cảnh này cũng chính là nguồn cảm hứng thiết kế của O9 Design Studio dành cho Bare Han: hòa quyện tinh thần trẻ trung cùng một chút hoài niệm. Bare Han mang đến trải nghiệm thân thuộc "home away from home" trong không gian nghỉ dưỡng boutique. Thiết kế đương đại, thanh lịch của Bare Han được thành hình từ kinh nghiệm thiết kế loại hình kinh doanh lưu trú và từ sự am hiểu về trải nghiệm khách hàng của O9 Design Studio.

Là công trình xây dựng mới, Bare Han được o9 Design Studio trang hoàng vẻ ngoài ấn tượng với thiết kế mặt tiền hiện đại tạo nên bởi sự sắp xếp của những ô cửa cao, làm nổi bật chiều sâu của những căn phòng. Bên trong mỗi phòng, không gian nội thất được lựa chọn bảng màu riêng một cách có chủ ý; với tiêu chí chung là mang lại cảm giác vui tươi, tràn đầy năng lượng. Đối lập với những đường nét thẳng hiện đại, những cung vòm xuất hiện tinh tế trong không gian nội thất gợi nhớ đến chi tiết của kiến trúc Gothic, tạo nên sự cân bằng thú vị duyên dáng.

Tất cả phòng đều được check – in/out tự động cùng với công năng tiện nghi chu đáo đảm bảo sự thoải mái và riêng tư tuyệt đối cho khách lưu trú. Tầng thượng cũng là một nơi nghỉ chân lý tưởng cho du khách sau một ngày dài khám phá thành phố Đà Nẵng.

Hành lang và cầu thang thoáng đãng, ngập tràn ánh sáng nhờ sự điều tiết của giếng trời và bức tường hoa gió; tạo sự tương phản giữa nhịp điệu náo nhiệt của thành phố du lịch với không gian tĩnh lặng và bình yên bên trong. Bare Han là chốn nghỉ dưỡng dành cho những tâm hồn yêu tự do tìm về.

Located on a quiet street near the beloved Da Nang Cathedral, with its ancient Gothic style and distinctive pink hue. This setting served as the design inspiration for O9 Design Studio. Blending youthful spirit with a touch of nostalgia, Bare Han delivers a familiar "home away from home" experience within a boutique accommodation space. The contemporary, elegant design of Bare Han was shaped by O9 Design Studio's expertise in hospitality design and deep understanding of customer experience.

As a newly constructed building, Bare Han features an impressive exterior designed by O9 Design Studio with a modern façade created through tall windows that highlight the depth of each room. Inside, we intentionally created a unique color palette for each room, with the common element being that all spaces evoke a cheerful, energizing feeling. Contrasting with the modern straight lines, delicate arches appear throughout the interior spaces, reminiscent of Gothic architectural details, creating an interesting and graceful balance.

All rooms feature automated check-in/check-out systems and thoughtful amenities, ensuring guests' absolute comfort and privacy. The rooftop is also ideal for travelers after a long day exploring Da Nang city.

The corridors and stairways are spacious and flooded with light thanks to skylights and ventilation walls, creating a contrast between the bustling rhythm of the tourist city and the serene, peaceful space within. Bare Han is a retreat for free spirits seeking to return to tranquility.

Giải pháp thiết kế toàn diện cho mô hình kinh doanh dịch vụ lưu trú

Từ 2017, O9 Design Studio đã đồng hành cùng Bare Boutique Stays kiến tạo thành công những không gian lưu trú hiện đại, ấn tượng theo phong cách Boutique.

Cuộc đối thoại giữa quá khứ và hiện tại

Công trình thuộc chuỗi Bare Boutique Stays được O9 Design Studio cải tạo chuyển đổi từ một căn chung cư cũ tại quận 1, TPHCM thành một căn hộ studio cho thuê hiện đại. Không gian Bare Indochine đậm giá trị văn hóa bản địa, được khoác lên mình màu sắc phong cách thiết kế nội thất Đông Dương.

Căn hộ nép mình trong một khu dân cư náo nhiệt, với tính địa phương rõ nét và những hành lang nhuốm màu thời gian. Chỉ cần mở cánh cửa, khách lưu trú sẽ bất ngờ và thích thú với sự giao thoa giữa quá khứ và hiện tại; giữa “màu” của một Sài Gòn xưa và một không gian nội thất đương đại, phóng khoáng.

Trong không gian hạn chế chỉ 36m², Bare Indochine được thiết kế tối ưu diện tích, thông thoáng với đầy đủ tiện nghi tuyệt đối. Từ sàn gạch bông đặc trưng đến khung cửa lá sách thanh nhã, mỗi chi tiết đều được chọn lọc tinh tế. Sự kết hợp hài hòa giữa nét xưa cũ và đương thời tạo nên không gian đầy ấm cúng, gần gũi. Tất cả như một “cuộc đối thoại” thú vị giữa Sài Gòn xưa và nay, qua đó nổi bật lên vẻ đẹp độc đáo, hoài niệm của Bare Indochine.

Không gian Đông Dương kết hợp nét hiện đại đã khiến căn hộ trở thành lựa chọn yêu thích của nhiều du khách nước ngoài khi đến du lịch, công tác tại TP.HCM.

Bare Indochine, được hoàn thành năm 2017, là căn hộ đầu tiên khởi nguồn cho sự ra đời chuỗi Bare Boutique Stays. O9 Design Studio là đơn vị thiết kế đồng hành “thổi hồn” cho Bare Boutique Stays suốt 8 năm qua với nhiều không gian lưu trú ấn tượng.

Bare Indochine, part of the Bare Boutique Stays, was transformed by O9 Design Studio from an old apartment in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, into a modern rental studio. The space embodies indigenous cultural values and is infused with Indochine interior design aesthetics.

The apartment is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with distinct local character and time-worn corridors. Upon opening the door, guests are pleasantly surprised by the intersection of past and present, where old Saigon's essence meets contemporary, open interior design.

Within just 36m², Bare Indochine maximizes space efficiency while providing complete comfort. Every element has been meticulously selected, from signature encaustic tiles to elegant louvered windows. The harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary elements creates an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. This thoughtful "dialogue" between old and new Saigon highlights Bare Indochine's unique, nostalgic beauty.

This fusion of Indochine heritage with modern amenities has made the apartment a preferred choice for international travelers visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Completed in 2017, Bare Indochine was the first property to spark the Bare Boutique Stays collection. O9 Design Studio has been the creative force behind this brand for eight years, delivering numerous impressive hospitality spaces.

CHIC SANCTUARY - lời tự sự nội tâm của gia chủ

Lấy cảm hứng từ chiều sâu nội tâm của gia chủ, không gian CHIC SANCTUARY khoác lên cho Soho Townhouse một vẻ đẹp duy mỹ nơi mà mỗi đường nét đều là một nét bút khắc họa chân dung và phong cách tận hưởng cuộc sống của gia chủ.

CHIC - là sự sang trọng, thời thượng. Những đường nét tế nhị như thể được chắt lọc từ tâm hồn nghệ sĩ. Mỗi món đồ nội thất đều là một tác phẩm nghệ thuật sống động nêu bật cá tính của chủ nhân.

SANCTUARY - là “khu vườn” bình yên, nơi trú ẩn cho tâm hồn. Tại đây, thời gian như chậm lại, để gia chủ cảm nhận từng hơi thở và tìm lại sự kết nối sâu sắc với bản thân sau những bộn bề cuộc sống.

Bước vào không gian này, bạn không chỉ nhìn thấy một ngôi nhà ấn tượng, sang trọng mà còn cảm nhận được thế giới nội tâm của gia chủ. Mỗi góc cạnh trong không gian đều thuộc về một con người từng trải với lối sống tinh tế. Mỗi chi tiết từ chất liệu đến bảng màu đều là lời tự thuật, tỏ bày về một tính cách kiệm lời, một bản sắc thanh lịch mà phóng khoáng.

Phòng ngủ master - "thánh đường" riêng tư - là nơi mà tâm hồn gia chủ hiện hữu rõ nét nhất. Đây không đơn thuần là chốnnghỉ ngơi, mà là không gian triển lãm những sắc màu từ nội tâm gia chủ.
