Situated within the 1,000-hectare Hoiana complex in Quang Nam, Korn Design developed the concept for The Hyatt House Hoiana Lakeside by balancing the Central Vietnam climate, the coastal landscape, and local identity.

With a focus on optimizing the interior spatial experience, Korn Design developed a facade system that functions as a microclimate solution. This architectural shell is precisely calculated to mitigate harsh solar radiation while maximizing unobstructed views from the interior spaces toward the sea and the adjacent golf course. This approach cultivates a hospitality environment that meets international operational standards while directly connecting guests with the local natural surroundings.

Situated in the northern section of The Grand Resort complex, Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion encompasses 164 apartments, penthouses, and 44 sea-view villas. The overall architectural language is derived from the concept of a ship sailing toward the ocean.

Translating this architectural language into the interior, Korn Design leverages the existing landscape to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Spatial layouts are organized with the objective of maximizing ocean views and fully capturing natural breezes. Buffer zones, such as extended balconies paired with expansive glass panels, enlarge the living area while enhancing natural ventilation.

This approach not only ensures operational flexibility and caters to the need for private retreats, but it also reinforces Korn Design’s core philosophy: architectural space serves as the foundation for optimizing human experiences.

Ixora Hồ Tràm by Fusion là dự án tại phía Bắc khu phức hợp The Grand Resort, quy mô tổ hợp bao gồm 164 căn hộ, penthouse và 44 biệt thự hướng biển, ngôn ngữ kiến trúc tổng thể được phát triển từ hình tượng một con tàu vươn mình ra đại dương.

Đưa ngôn ngữ kiến trúc vào nội thất, Korn Design khai thác lợi thế cảnh quan hiện hữu, làm mờ ranh giới giữa không gian bên trong và bên ngoài. Mặt bằng được tổ chức với mục tiêu tối đa hóa tầm nhìn hướng biển và đón trọn gió tự nhiên. Drawing inspiration from local culture and the colors of coastal living, Korn Design utilized a bright palette combined with a modern interior language. This approach cultivates an open, energetic spatial arrangement that retains the signature relaxation of a resort environment.

Tại All-day Dining thuộc dự án Holiday Inn Hồ Tràm, bài toán đặt ra là thiết lập một không gian vừa đáp ứng nhịp độ vận hành linh hoạt, vừa tạo được sự kết nối tự nhiên với nhóm khách hàng trọng tâm là các gia đình và cặp đôi.

Lấy cảm hứng từ văn hóa bản địa và sắc màu của đời sống ven biển, Korn Design sử dụng bảng màu tươi sáng kết hợp cùng ngôn ngữ nội thất hiện đại để tạo nên một không gian giàu năng lượng nhưng vẫn mang cảm giác thư giãn. Cách tiếp cận này tạo ra một tổng thể không gian cởi mở, giàu năng lượng nhưng vẫn giữ được sự thư thái đặc trưng của môi trường nghỉ dưỡng.

The user journey serves as the core frame of reference in the interior design of Avani+ Ho Tram. The project is a blend of contemporary design language and signature coastal resort elements.

The highlight of the project lies in integrating Asian influences into an open and flexible spatial structure. Korn Design focuses on a design that delivers a completely natural welcoming experience. At Avani+ Ho Tram, the space is familiar and vernacular enough for guests to easily connect with nature, but above all, it upholds the rigorous standards of a premium resort.

The application of materials, the control of natural light, and the spatial layout are carefully calculated to create a seamless visual flow. This structure ensures a logical transition between dynamic communal areas and the accommodation spaces that require privacy.

Hành trình của người sử dụng là hệ quy chiếu cốt lõi trong thiết kế nội thất của Avani+ Hồ Tràm. Dự án là sự kết hợp giữa ngôn ngữ thiết kế đương đại và chất liệu nghỉ dưỡng đặc trưng ở vùng biển.

Điểm nhấn của dự án nằm ở việc đưa âm hưởng Á Đông vào trong một cấu trúc không gian cởi mở và linh hoạt. Korn Design tập trung thiết kế mang lại một trải nghiệm đón tiếp hoàn toàn tự nhiên. In hospitality projects, the reception area does more than just fulfill operational functions; it acts as the initial space that shapes the perception and experience throughout the entire development.

At the Sanctuary Ho Tram Reception House, Korn Design intentionally liberates the space, combining natural light and neutral color palettes with rustic material textures to reflect the characteristic breeziness of the coastal region.

The use of natural materials such as stone, wood, and bamboo in the design helps dissolve rigid visual boundaries, transforming the Sanctuary Ho Tram Reception House into a seamless transition zone with the landscape, and distinctly defining the design experience from the project's very first touchpoint.

There is a challenge that many professionals working on large-scale projects have pondered: How do we prevent the components of a single project from becoming fragmented? In reality, many developments, despite possessing impressive architecture or exquisite interiors, still lack an overall vitality due to the fragmented boundaries between disciplines.

From that perspective, "360-degree design" is a strategic project approach. This solution requires the designer to encompass every aspect from the very beginning, from spatial organization, functionality, contextual integration, and lighting, to material textures and the user experience. Above all, in complex projects, the boundaries between master planning, architecture, landscape, and interior design should be shaped by cohesive and consistent design decisions.

Through practical experience, Korn Design recognizes that integrating the four core disciplines: Master Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape is the operational foundation for this method.

Because ultimately, designing a good project means building a unified spatial ecosystem from the macro scale down to the finest details, ensuring the development not only fulfills its function but also harmonizes completely and sustainably with its existing context.
