Some messages never get old.

Today, our client sent through an update on the progress of their home extension, and it’s incredible to see how far it’s come. From a bare site to this stage in just 1.5 months, with the roof expected to be completed in another two weeks; it’s exciting to watch the vision become reality with incredible speed despite site access challenges.

Projects like these remind us that good design is only one part of the journey. The real reward is building strong relationships, working through challenges together, and seeing our clients genuinely excited as their future home takes shape. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Our renovation project for the existing guest house at Moreton Bay has officially appointed a builder and construction is set to commence by mid-June.

When we asked our beloved client on property his ideal setback he prefers to put the Granny Flat…. From the fencing line 😅😅😅
He was like:” it’s 23 acre and 16 acre lot, and I don’t want to walk too far” 😂😂😂

Set on a narrow 7.5m frontage, this designed home maximises every millimetre of space. It features 3 bedrooms with 3 private ensuites, a spacious media room, and a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens out to the alfresco, capturing stunning waterfront views and pool.
