Set within the mountain landscape of Brezovica, MB Villa was shaped by its surroundings as much as by its architecture. Rather than imposing itself on the landscape, the project follows it, creating a villa that feels naturally rooted in its environment.

Designed and delivered by Unique Contract Furniture LLC, the project brings together both the exterior and interior under one architectural vision. Every space, material, and detail was carefully considered to create a seamless connection between the built form and the beauty of the mountains.

Natural stone, warm timber, custom-crafted furniture, and generous openings allow daylight and the changing seasons to become part of everyday living. The result is a villa defined not by excess, but by balance, craftsmanship, and a quiet connection with nature.
