**We want to take a moment to speak from the heart. It’s long but very important!!**
First, we sincerely apologize to everyone who has experienced long wait times. We know how frustrating delays can be, and we truly appreciate the patience and understanding so many of you have shown us while we transition to online and out of showroom.
If we are late on your order, there is a very strong chance that we’ve already reached out to you directly to explain the delay and offer some kind of “make it right” option, And if for any reason we haven’t yet, please know that we will. We never want anyone feeling ignored or left in the dark.
Over the past year and a half, we have overcome many obstacles that unfortunately contributed to delays. While those challenges slowed us down at times, they never changed our intentions. Our commitment has always been — and will always be — to deliver honest, high-quality, handmade furniture to every customer who trusts us with an order.
That said, being publicly called “scammers” or having our integrity questioned will not be tolerated. We are a **very small business**, and every single furniture piece is built by **one builder**, by hand, with care and intention. There is no factory, no large staff—just honest work, long hours, and a deep commitment to quality, and doing what he loves!
We completely understand that waiting is hard, but kindness matters. Behind this page is a real person doing their best every single day. If you ever have concerns, we kindly ask that you reach out to us privately via message so we can address them respectfully and transparently.
