Coming Soon ☕️

One of our projects, coffee destination is taking shape in the heart of Nundah, with 7 Days Coffee Shop set to open in early October.

This challenging project brought together two existing shop tenancies, separated by a substantial brick load-bearing wall, into one cohesive café space. A new steel roof extension was then introduced to create a generous 86m² outdoor dining area, carefully designed to complement the existing urban streetscape and respond to the requirements of the Commercial Character Overlay.

We’re proud to have been trusted by our client throughout the project — from DA and BA approvals through to construction coordination, working closely with the builder, engineers and local council to bring the vision to life.

It’s been a rewarding journey from concept to construction, and we can’t wait to see the space buzzing with
Looking forward to enjoying a fresh coffee under the new verandah soon. ☕️

Some messages never get old.

Today, our client sent through an update on the progress of their home extension, and it’s incredible to see how far it’s come. From a bare site to this stage in just 1.5 months, with the roof expected to be completed in another two weeks; it’s exciting to watch the vision become reality with incredible speed despite site access challenges.

Projects like these remind us that good design is only one part of the journey. The real reward is building strong relationships, working through challenges together, and seeing our clients genuinely excited as their future home takes shape. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

A heartfelt thank you for your trust throughout this journey, and for already inviting us to be part of your next project really soon. That confidence means more to us than words can express. 🤝🤝🤝🤝

When we asked our beloved client on property his ideal setback he prefers to put the Granny Flat…. From the fencing line 😅😅😅
He was like:” it’s 23 acre and 16 acre lot, and I don’t want to walk too far” 😂😂😂

One design to be used to 2 of his properties 🥰
