Happy new years!! Had so much fun making espresso martinis at my friend’s event!

My newest obsession is 3D Printing! I printed this articulated dragon fully assembled. I love the way the multicolored filament turned out! I have a Bambu X1C and will post pics later. It has a handy feature that captures a time lapse of your prints and allows you to check in remotely to see how the print is going.

I had oral surgery today so I made some chicken corn egg drop soup to enjoy since I can't really chew yet. It came out so good! Wish I'd written down the recipe but I just kind of threw everything in there. 😅

Made Thanksgiving dinner for one! Plans got cancelled last minute due to the host catching Covid. But I still wanted my turkey day meal so I made a couple thighs and a leg. I smoked them on the grill using indirect heat and a foil packet of wood chips. I also made dairy and gluten free cornbread dressing, which I’ve reposted the recipe for you guys. Plus I made a vegetable tian, dairy free scalloped potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Not the best photo because it made everything look a little burnt but I promise it was delicious!
