TRANSFORMATION TIME
This 1970s home may not have been the prettiest from the outside, but its generous proportions offered plenty of untapped potential.
Working collaboratively with the client and architect, the layout was reconfigured to make better use of the space. A family bathroom was created within the oversized principal bedroom, allowing the original bathroom and separate WC to be transformed into a third bedroom — increasing both functionality and market appeal without extending the footprint.
Drawing inspiration from Scandinavian and mid-century interiors, we paired smart space planning with a warm, natural palette and timeless finishes. The result is a home that feels brighter, more balanced and better suited to modern living, while retaining the character of its 1970s origins.
Proof that great design isn't always about adding space — sometimes it's about using what you already have more intelligently.
