Non ho mai avuto paura di sporcarmi le mani, di faticare a estrarre i chiodi e le viti che nessuno voleva estrarre
, un processo che nessuna macchina può fare. Ho scoperto che sotto la pelle ingrigita dal tempo il legno resta protetto, e che spesso la storia incisa nel materiale è ciò che lo rende unico e che non di difetti si tratta ma di carattere. Ho imparato a conoscere i materiali usandoli, toccandoli, vedendone il comportamento. Per questo seleziono sempre materiali adeguati agli ambienti in cui verranno collocati. Come altri creativi della nostra generazione sono cresciuto in un mondo di abbondanza che ha inventato il rifiuto, la spazzatura. Una categoria della mente che ha invaso lo spazio della materia. Non ho mai condiviso il piacere di sprecare risorse solo perché ce lo si può permettere.Non mi accontento di lamentarmi delle cose che non mi vanno bene quindi progetto , propongo, costruisco! Il laboratorio progetta e realizza pezzi unici, allestimenti e spazi pubblici utilizzando materiali di recupero anche attraverso percorsi di costruzione partecipata.
