Whether the home is completely custom or a spec home, we make sure the design reflects exactly what the client or builder wants for the space. In this particular case, we worked with the builder on several spec homes to choose bright, warm, and appealing selections without relying on the repeated use of white finishes.

We’re seeing wood finishes come back into demand, as you can see in this project. So, why are we seeing wood make a comeback?

- The return to natural materials
