Embroidery, Vinyl & Foam

Using the familiar curve of an airplane window to frame threads of an aerial landscape. The embroidered forest and river are soft impressions, shaped the way memories form: textured, pieced together, vivid and sharp in places and faded to a haze in others.

I am exploring this idea as a series, a play between nostalgia and imagination, inviting the viewer to look down from above and wander through their own inner map.
