After acquiring a large collection of vintage lamps over several years and with a keen interest in crafting, Katie Louise Dixon put her love for vintage into action by creating beautifully unique lampshades with a twist; this is where Little Peg began. Each shade skin is created by hand by chalking a pattern from scratch and is then tailored through the use of traditional stitching and hand stretching methods, alongside modern techniques which include hand trimming and fringing. Using beautiful fabrics ranging from contemporary, modern, vintage, or designer custom orders are also welcome. Other options for personalising are available such as lining, and gloss painted frames in a variety of colours. Terms and Conditions:
When commissioning a custom shade, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information and specification you provide is accurate. Time scales of completion may vary, although we endeavour to keep to the time frame given. For commissioned shades, any adjustments to the design are free to be made up until the approval of the final design. Once the final design has been approved and the shade is underway, no further changes can be made. All payment must be made upfront, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed. We are not able to cancel commissioned orders, nor are you able to return a commission for a refund. The goods have been custom made to your specific requirements and therefore are non-refundable. All goods sent will be fully insured against damages. Should you receive your goods damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide us with any evidence of the damage.
