Axial Appliance Servicing is a family owned and run business based in Auckland that has been operating for 34 years. We currently employ 23 staff made up of Call Centre Representatives for both Service and Spare parts, Technicians, Apprentices, Delivery Driver and our Management Team. We pride ourselves on being a one stop shop for Appliance Repairs, Appliance Spare Parts and Replacement Product.

💫⭐️🌟2026 Customer Service Administrator 'Superstar'💫⭐️🌟

We’re looking for an epic Full time Customer Support person to join our team based here in Mt Wellington in the new year. We are a team of problem-solvers with the aim of assisting our customers appliance needs whether it’s to book in a service or arrange replacement product or spare parts. We are the glue between our customers and the suppliers and manufacturers.
We work both reactively and proactively, jumping in fast!
When someone gets in touch, you’ll take ownership from start to finish, listening, understanding what’s needed, and working with teams across Axial to drive the best outcome to our customers.
We are on the lookout for an efficient, accurate, multitasking Customer Service Administrator.

The role involves but not limited to:
Managing incoming calls and email correspondence
Scheduling technicians
Creating and following up on quotes for services and products
Data entry
Warranty claim processing
Managing job work status's

Key requirements will be:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a diverse range of customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer queries
A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work culture
High attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach
The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Experience in customer service or administration would be an advantage
Confident and positive attitude
NZ Citizen or Resident
