For a celebration of a wonderful life!
Though taken far too soon, her bright spirit and love for her Zimbabwe roots remained in everything she did. It was an absolute honor to design these pieces on behalf of her colleagues who support her family through this proud and emotional day, and a privilege for me to design something so meaningful for her final farewell. 🇿🇼
They were well placed throughout the afternoon and her close family took one each home .

🌿 My ‘Forever floral ‘range

This summer’s heatwaves have certainly given fresh flowers a run for their money! So, rather than let the sunshine win, I decided to try something a little different at Copperbox…

Introducing a collection of beautiful home décor pieces and gift ideas combining flowers I have lovingly dried myself with a gorgeous range of incredibly realistic silk faux flowers.

Each piece is individually created, so no two are quite the same. From pretty, natural arrangements to more contemporary pieces, there’s something to suit different tastes, homes and occasions.

And the best bit? 🌸
They’ll keep on blooming long after the summer has gone.

Perfect as a gift, if you’re the hostess and want a ‘wow’, a little something for your own home, or a lasting floral display for your business premises.

I can also create pieces to order, with different colour combinations and styles available on request.

🌿 A tribute inspired by a much-loved garden 🌿

This lady loved her garden - Her happy place. On my home visit I was shown just how beautiful it was to get some insight into what she loved for my design .
Her family wanted her funeral flowers to reflect something that was so much a part of her life.

They chose a 6ft natural-style spray, inspired by the colours and feel of her own garden. Her wicker and seagrass casket had a stunning thick garland to match the spray .

💛 Yellow roses were included to reflect her wedding bouquet, while soft purple and lilac tones brought in the colours of the flowers she loved growing around her home.

I deliberately kept the design natural, relaxed and less structured, much like a collection of well-loved garden pots and baskets. There isn’t a dominant focal flower – instead, the flowers work together to create a gentle, natural flow.

I always feel that the most meaningful funeral flowers are those that tell a little story about the person they are remembering. Whether it’s a favourite flower, a much-loved garden, a hobby or simply colours that remind a family of them, these personal touches can make a tribute incredibly special. 🤍

A beautiful and very personal farewell for a lady who clearly loved her garden right to the very end. 🌿💛💜

Made for a wonderful Mum and grandmother who loved all flowers. The bright mix of the blue and yellow was her favourite.
This lovely lady and her family were looked after by Jonathan Terry Independent Funeral Directors Ltd.
After the service the spray was re styled into posies for her friends and family to take home .
