I decided to take the plunge and try to participate again this year. I finished this work last year shortly before their deadline and was not sure I wanted to commit the time. My family shamed me for the rest of the year. Venue matching starts 5/18. Wish me luck

It was punch list day at this project down in Kzoo today. This great project features a stunning natural stone top and walnut island. Plenty of new natural light , room for plants and this new family to grow. I love that we were able to keep in line with the original details of the home to make this space extra special. We'll save the extra green coffee bar for our grand reveal. The install team did a great job!

We had a great time this week with ! We took over 40 students from local colleges through 6 showrooms for learning, lunching and networking. Thank you to all the vendors who helped make this happen including , , , , , Design Phase and Heyboer and Bolt.

It's how we build our next generation of design professionals! I can't wait to see what they do.

My husband keeps having to replace my copy of "The Boy, The Mole The Fox and The Horse" since I often gift it to friends!

It's appliance day, and thanks to our partners at it looks like this Christmas wish will come true. I'm in love with the natural stone and combination of rustic and painted cabinets selected for this home.

Snow for Thanksgiving? No thanks! We avoided it with a quick family trip to FL. Thankful to spend time connecting with my big kids, getting to play in the ocean and finding some early morning " me" time.

Unboxing day! It's like Christmas early. We've carefully matched the cabinets on this project to coordinate with the original trim detail. We have shifted this kitchen layout and shortened a window to better accommodate work flow and a new family in this older home.
