In this case, the focus was simple:

🦠 Reduce Ama

🩸 Build the blood

☀️Add warmth

Then we reassess.

How do you feel now? What shifted? What helped?What still needs attention?

Healing is rarely instant. It is a process of listening, adjusting, and learning how the body responds.
