What do I do on a Saturday after holding my own yard sale? Go pickin’, of course! 😅

I headed back to one of my favorite honey holes and grabbed a few more of these Grand Rapids Tote Co. totes that I completely sold out of at my last show. 🙌🏻

It’s been a BUSY week around here…
✨ A full day of pickin’ at Carolina Pickers Festival on Thursday
✨ Prepping for a yard sale on Friday
✨ Hosting a yard sale AND going pickin’ today!

And yes… my appearance in this picture definitely shows that today has been a LONG and busy day! 😂😂 But there’s always time for a little pickin’!

Now I’m heading into the week getting ready for another big adventure at The Buttermilk Barn Sale! 🤎

Fall is officially in full swing, and I’m loving every minute of it! 🍂😊

🎉 Two Years of Mela’s Cottage! 🎉

Two years ago today, I officially launched Mela’s Cottage! 💙

What started as a dream has grown into this sweet little business filled with vintage finds, handmade treasures, lots of sewing, a whole lot of creativity, and SO many memories along the way.

It truly has been a dream to build this little business, and I couldn’t have done it without the support, encouragement, purchases, shares, likes, prayers, and friendship of so many wonderful people. 🥰

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. Whether you’ve bought something, stopped by my booth, shared a post, cheered me on, or simply followed along—you’ve helped make Mela’s Cottage what it is today. 💙

I’m excited (and maybe just a little curious!) to see what the next two years hold. There are still so many ideas in this head of mine! 😉

Here’s to two years of Mela’s Cottage and whatever comes next! 💙

🍂 TODAY WAS THE DAY! 🍂

The beginning of Fall Market Season is officially here, and what an amazing day it was at Chandelier Barn Market ! 🧡

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, stopped by the booth, shopped, chatted, and made today so much fun. It means more than you know…. especially with the heat!

And this is just the beginning… I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! 🍁

Here’s a little sneak peek at just a few of the things Mela brought along for the weekend. 😉

Come see me tomorrow! 🧡

🍂𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒… 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 🍂

Fresh pick alert! 🚨 Just loaded up on a stack of these amazing 1930s Grand Rapids industrial tote bins. If you love that rugged, factory-chic look, these are absolutely perfect for blanket storage, unique planters, or flipping upright to use as modular rustic shelving.

I’ll be cleaning the paper residue off these beauties and getting them prepped this week because I am bringing the whole haul to Chandelier Barn Market this weekend!

Come see them in person at the booth, or send me a DM if you want to claim one before the weekend rushes in! 📦💼✨
