✨ ANOTHER KITCHEN MAKEOVER ✨
Today I had the pleasure of working with Annette! ❤️ She's been busy giving this home some much-needed TLC, and one thing on her wish list was to brighten up her kitchen with a fresh coat of paint!
We chose the beautiful Alabaster by Sherwin-Williams, and y'all, what a difference a little paint can make! 😍
Alabaster is such a pretty, soft, warm white that gives a kitchen a fresh, clean look without feeling too stark or cold!
The new hardware will be added soon, and that'll be the icing on the cake! 🎂

Happy Birthday #8 to my youngest granddaughter Lacie! She's having a spa themed party, and my daughter Sofia Thompson Photography did an amazing job with her photo shoot! Y'all, sometimes a beautiful piece of furniture just needs a little change to make it absolutely PERFECT! 😍
Dee Dee already had a gorgeous dining table, but there was just one little problem… it didn't match her beautiful buffet! She wanted to say goodbye✨ FROM GRAY WASHED TO RICH & RUSTIC! ✨
Y'all, sometimes a beautiful piece of furniture just needs a little change to make it absolutely PERFECT! 😍
Dee Dee already had a gorgeous dining table, but there was just one little problem… it didn't match her beautiful buffet! She wanted to say goodbye to that gray-washed finish and hello to a rich, warm wood tone that would bring the two pieces together. 🤎
Now, I'm not gonna lie… I was a little nervous about this one! 😬 Matching a stain to a factory finish can be about as tricky as getting two Southern women to agree on the BEST banana pudding recipe! 😂
But after a little patience, some elbow grease, and a whole lot of attention to detail… WE NAILED IT! 🙌
The table and buffet are now almost a perfect match, and the best part? Dee Dee absolutely LOVES it! ❤️
And THAT, my friends, is why I love what I do! Taking something you already own and giving it a whole new look without having to buy new furniture!

🍃 A Little Color Makes a BIG Difference! 🍃
I had the pleasure of working with Sheri and Kevin today! ❤️
Sheri told me she felt like she had a little too much white going on in her kitchen and wanted to break things up with a pop of color. And boy, did she pick a good one! 😍
She chose the ever-popular Evergreen Fog by Sherwin-Williams for her island, and I absolutely love how it turned out! Sometimes you don't need a complete makeover to make a big impact. A little paint can go a long way! 🎨
I still have a few openings available before the holidays sneak up on us! 🍂🎄
On a personal note, we received the quotes for Dude's upcoming kidney cancer surgery today. As many of y'all know, we're paying for everything out of pocket, and my goal is to have every penny paid before his surgery so that when he comes home, his only job is to rest, recover, and let me boss him around for a change! 😂❤️
So, if you've been thinking about having your cabinets or furniture painted, now would be a wonderful time to get on my schedule! Every job, big or small, is helping us get one step closer to that goal.

THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! ❤️

Y'all, to say we are overwhelmed would be an understatement! We have been so deeply touched by the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from our Facebook family and our sweet little community here in Leonard, Texas. ❤️

We know every single one of you has your own family, responsibilities, struggles, and things going on in your lives. That's what makes your kindness mean even more to us. The fact that y'all took time out of your busy lives to stop by, shop, give, offer a hug, share an encouraging word, or simply whisper a prayer for Dude means more than we could ever put into words.

Some of you we've known for years, some we haven't seen in forever, and some we had the pleasure of meeting for the very first time. But every single one of you reminded us just how much goodness there still is in this world.

This season of our lives has brought some unexpected challenges, but it has also shown us just how blessed we truly are. Sometimes God reminds us of His love through the hands and hearts of others, and that's exactly what y'all have been to us. ❤️

We may never be able to repay all the kindness we've been shown, but please know we will never forget it.

Our prayer is that God blesses each and every one of you abundantly for the love and kindness you've poured into our family.

❤️ To say THANK YOU just doesn't seem like nearly enough! ❤️
Y'all, our hearts are so full tonight! We are truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, prayers, generosity, and kindness that so many of you have shown our family. I don't think there are enough words in the English language to express just how much it all means to us. 🥹❤️
Today was extra special! We got to hug the necks of some sweet folks we haven't seen since our shop days in McKinney, visit with old friends, and even meet some of you for the very first time! And let me tell you, every hug, every kind word, every prayer, and every little act of kindness has touched our hearts more than you'll ever know.
When life throws you something you never saw coming, you quickly realize just how blessed you are by the people God has placed in your path. Some of you have been part of our journey for years, and others are complete strangers who have shown us the kind of love you'd expect from family. That's something we will never, ever forget. ❤️
We have always believed that you don't have to share the same blood to be family, and goodness gracious, y'all have certainly reminded us of that!
I pray that God pours His blessings right back into each and every one of your lives. May He bless your homes, your families, your health, and your finances. May every seed of kindness you've planted come back to you a hundredfold!
Dude and I are just two ordinary people trying to navigate something we never imagined we'd face. But one thing is certain: God has been faithful, and He's used so many of YOU to remind us that we aren't walking this road alone.
We may never be able to repay all the kindness we've been shown, but I promise you this: We will never forget it.

Y’all, my heart just melts! 🥹❤️
Our granddaughter Lacie is almost 8 years old, and she has been working her little fingers to the bone making homemade crafts so she can help her Papi! 🥰
While the grown-ups are busy trying to figure everything out, this sweet little girl decided she wanted to do her part, too. And let me tell you, she has put so much time, love, and effort into every little creation!
She may be little, but her heart is HUGE! ❤️
It's moments like these that remind me that you don't have to be grown to make a difference. Sometimes the biggest acts of love come from the smallest hands. 🥹
I'm so proud of her sweet, giving heart. She loves her Papi something fierce, and I know this means more to him than she'll ever understand.
These aren't just little crafts. They're little pieces of love made by two tiny hands and one great big heart! ❤️
And this Mimi couldn't be prouder! 🥰💕
She will have her very own table set up to sell her creations too ❤️
